Trekking the Alps and Beyond
Trekking is a wonderful way to see the mountains.Though out the alps and worldwide there are a comprehensive system of walking tacks to take you to wonderful places.There’s ever changing scenery, alpine flowers and birds to see. A lot of the tracks have mountain huts allowing you to travel light. In Europe there’s no need to carry a sleeping bag or food for your breakfast and the evening meal. Alternatively you can use a cable car access the alpine tracks and save the long pull out of the valley. In this way you can do fantastic days hikes and stay in a hotel in the valley.
The two most famous alpine treks are the Tour du Mont Blanc and the trekkers Haute Route. These both link huts and hotels for several days starting from Chamonix Mont Blanc. Of course there are many wonderful place to go. Morocco has easy access and some great trekking. Also Nepal, Patagonia and many other high mountains.
